Hawaii Employers Council is pleased to welcome Brent Toyama as a Labor Relations Consultant.  Brent joined HEC after working for the State of Hawaii as a Human Resource Specialist for the Department of Health as well as a Union Agent at both the United Public Workers and Hawaii Government Employees Association.  He has experience with collective bargaining agreements dealing with blue collar, white collar, education officers, nursing, health care, and professional positions. 

Brent is a graduate of the University of Oregon, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Minor in Business Administration.
