The Disability Compensation Division of Hawaii’s Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (“DLIR”) posted the Maximum Weekly Wage Base and Maximum Weekly Benefit Amount for Temporary Disability Insurance (“TDI”) and Workers’ Compensation (“WC”) laws for 2020. The 2020 thresholds are slightly higher than those set in 2019, as indicated in the table below.
