On December 23, 2019, the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (“DLIR”) announced a correction to the Wage Rate Schedule Bulletin No. 496, effective September 16, 2019.  A correction was made to the Clamshell or Dipper Operator under the Water Front Construction (Dredging) classification for the prevailing wage total and basic hour rate.
