HEC has published its Legislative Digest for bills that were introduced for the 2020 legislative session. 

The Legislative Digest contains a list of bills that may be of interest to employers and provides a brief description of each bill.  There are several employment-related bills that will be considered by legislators this session, including measures affecting paid leave, family leave, minimum wage, noncompete and nondisclosure agreements, employment discrimination (including medical cannabis discrimination), gender equity in publicly held boards, and more.

The Legislative Digest will be updated during session as we pass each major deadline.
