Hawaii Employers Council has prepared a sample policy to help employers comply with the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and assist eligible employees affected by the COVID-19 outbreak with job-protected leave and pay.  HEC has also prepared a sample Employee Request for FFCRA Leave form.
