Some employers are considering requiring temperature checks before allowing people to enter the workplace.  Hawaii Employers Council recently published a new article about five things to consider when implementing such a plan.

The article is part of HEC’s feature of the month article, “Returning to the Workplace: Administrative and Strategic Considerations,” which provides resources and information for businesses as they prepare to bring employees back to the workplace.
