HEC has created two new documents to assist employers as they bring employees back to the workplace:

• The COVID-19 Model Return to Work Policy is designed to address some of the common issues that employers will face when returning their workforce to the workplace, including a sample Health Self-Declaration.
  
  
• The COVID-19 Model Return to the Workplace Questionnaire is designed to be distributed to employees prior to their return to the workplace to determine their ability to return.
