Signaling that changes could be coming for the Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"), the U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division ("WHD") announced that it is seeking public input regarding the effectiveness of FMLA regulations.  The WHD also announced updated FMLA forms for workers to request and employers to coordinate FMLA leave.
