On July 10, the Hawaii State Legislature concluded the legislative session for 2020. The Hawaii Employers Council has published two legislative updates, the Legislative Digest for Bills after Sine Die (which provides a list and brief description of bills we have been following this session) and the Highlights of Bills After Sine Die (which provides a deeper discussion of several measures and how they may have an impact in the workplace).
