In Mountaire Farms, Inc., 370 NLRB No. 110 (April 21, 2021), the National Labor Relations Board decided to keep its contract-bar doctrine without modifications. The contract-bar doctrine prohibits workers from ejecting a union during the first three years of a collective-bargaining agreement, except for petitions filed during a certain "window period" before the agreement expires.
