EEOC Penalty Increased

The EEOC published a final rule adjusting its civil monetary penalty for violations of the notice-posting requirements in Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act.  The maximum penalty per violation will be $576, an increase from $569, effective May 26, 2021.
