Last year, Hawaii Employers Council temporarily suspended its weekly News Digest emails and created the COVID-19 Resource Roundup.  In response to the pandemic, the Resource Roundup email was sent twice a week to highlight state and local orders that were rapidly changing, new federal statutes and regulations that were published at a breakneck pace, and challenges like unemployment insurance and mask requirements.  When the pace eased up, we were able to shift to weekly Resource Roundup emails.
