Results of Petitions to Decertify the Union:
Note that the NLRB held no elections for petitions to decertify the unions filed by employees at Maui Federal Credit Union and Tech Systems. This appears to indicate that there was majority support to decertify the unions and therefore, the unions chose to walk away. Accordingly, the employees were successful in decertifying their respective unions.
