Starting in October 2024, the Hawaii Employers Council (HEC) will introduce a new digital Certificate of Completion and badge for learners who finish the Essential Skills for Thriving in the Workplace series. This four-course series is designed to equip employees with a comprehensive toolkit of core skills to strengthen collaboration and contribute to organizational success through personal accountability.

Upon successful completion of all four courses, participants will receive a certificate of completion and a digital badge. This new feature is aimed at enriching the post-training experience for our members, offering a new way for learners to celebrate their accomplishments. Certificates and badges can be easily shared on LinkedIn profiles and other social media platforms or printed for display to highlight learners’ commitment to their personal and professional growth.
