Dear HEC Ohana,

With Thanksgiving around the corner, I’m reflecting on everything we’ve accomplished together this year. It’s a time to celebrate the milestones we’ve reached and to share my deep gratitude for the trust, dedication, and collaboration that make the Hawaii Employers Council (HEC) such a special place to work and serve.

To our members: Thank you for allowing us to stand alongside you in creating workplaces where people can truly thrive. The energy at our recent 81st Annual Membership Meeting was inspiring. Whether we were recognizing member accomplishments or exploring how innovation can address today’s evolving workplace challenges, I was reminded of the power of community. Your participation and engagement are what keep us striving to bring impactful, forward-thinking initiatives to life.

To our amazing team: Your commitment and dedication are the foundation of everything we do. This year, we were lucky to welcome new team members who’ve added fresh energy and perspective. Together, new faces and familiar faces, make HEC what it is—a place where people, passion, and ideas flourish.

As we head into this Thanksgiving season, I want to express how grateful I am for each of you—our members, our team, and the employers we’re proud to serve. Your contributions push us to grow, innovate, and dream about how we can continue to make a difference for Hawaii.
