With over 30+ years of experience training non-financial leaders with key finance concepts, I understand how today’s fast-paced business world has transformed the HR leader from a specialized HR role into being a strategic business partner with a pivotal voice in decision-making. I’m excited to partner with HEC to offer the Finance as a Second Language® for HR Officers series.
This 12-part webinar series is designed to bridge the gap between HR and finance, equipping senior HR professionals with the tools and knowledge to:
- ALIGN your HR strategies with C-Suite’s financial objectives.
- PLAN your HR projects to maximize the financial value.
- BUDGET and forecast your program’s financial value-added
- REPORT your initiatives’ financial progress and next steps
- MANAGE accountability for your financial commitments
“Toshi’s program has really made clear to me that I have a very direct impact on value in my business. It’s given me a lot of confidence that I can now apply using this language of finance to drive value in a way that relates back to my leadership, and the things that are important to them”
Maribel Wadsworth, SVP of Strategic Initiatives, USA Today
Promoted after my program to President, USA Today
“Toshi’s program helps me justify HR initiatives. That’s always been really difficult for HR professionals because a lot of project returns are soft. The language and tools Toshi teaches helps HR to articulate hard returns and to sell their proposals internally.”
Leslie Wittmann, Managing Partner, nTrustHR
