Exit interviews can serve as a tool to obtain valuable and candid feedback about a company’s business practices from departing employees. The Exit Interview Toolkit includes a sample policy, a checklist, a sample questionnaire, and additional questions to consider. The toolkit is provided in Microsoft Word format, allowing you to customize it to meet your company’s specific needs.
