As we enter the new year, we have confirmed that there have been no changes to the mandatory federal or state of Hawaii employment posting requirements, and the 2025 all-in-one employment poster remains compliant. If you already have the 2025 poster displayed, no immediate action is required at this time.

Because there were no regulatory updates, we will not be printing a new 2026 poster right away. Instead, we are offering our remaining inventory of 2025 posters to our member companies as a special benefit. Each member is eligible to receive one complimentary 27" x 39" consolidated poster to help you meet your notice obligations. We will continue to closely monitor all federal and Hawaii posting requirements throughout the year. If new legislation or regulation mandates a change, we will notify you immediately and will print an updated 2026 poster to offer to our members.
