To ensure a smooth transition of your data and services, please take note of these key dates:
- February 23, 2026: Launch of our new Association Management Software (AMS).

Important: Registration Blackout Dates
As we migrate our systems to the new platform, there will be a brief "quiet period" for event registrations.
- Blackout Window: February 13, 2026 – March 2, 2026.
- Impact: Registration will be unavailable for any events scheduled during this specific window.
- Please plan ahead. If you intend to attend an event occurring between Feb 13 and March 2, you must complete your registration before 4:30 p.m., Friday, February 13. We will be unable to do any manual registrations for members during the blackout window.
