Big Changes Are Coming: A New Digital Experience for Our Members

We are thrilled to announce that HEC is embarking on a major digital transformation! To better serve our members, we are preparing to launch a brand-new Association Management Software (AMS) and a completely redesigned website.

These updates are more than just a fresh look—they represent a significant investment in your member experience. You can look forward to streamlined event registration, easier profile management, and more intuitive navigation.

Mark Your Calendars: The Launch Timeline

To ensure a smooth transition of your data and services, please take note of these key dates:

  • February 23, 2026: Launch of our new Association Management Software (AMS).
  • March 2, 2026: Official launch of the New Website.

Important: Registration Blackout Dates

As we migrate our systems to the new platform, there will be a brief "quiet period" for event registrations.

  • Blackout Window: February 13, 2026 – March 2, 2026.
  • Impact: Registration will be unavailable for any events scheduled during this specific window.
  • Please plan ahead. If you intend to attend an event occurring between Feb 13 and March 2, you must complete your registration before 4:30 p.m., Friday, February 13.  We will be unable to do any manual registrations for members during the blackout window.
