Preparing for the New HEC Digital Experience: Registration Now Open for Member Training

Following our recent announcement regarding the Hawaii Employers Council’s digital transformation, we are moving closer to launching our brand-new website and member portal. This transition represents a significant investment in your member experience, bringing you more intuitive tools to manage your membership and access HEC resources.

The transition begins with the launch of our new Association Management Software (AMS) on February 23, followed by the official launch of the redesigned website on March 2. These updates are designed to streamline event registrations, simplify profile management, and offer a more efficient self-service experience.

Attend an Upcoming Training Session

To ensure a smooth transition and help you hit the ground running, we are hosting two identical one-hour training sessions via Zoom. These sessions are free for all members and will provide a comprehensive overview of the new portal.

During the training, we will cover:

  • First-time login procedures and setting new credentials.
  • Navigating the self-service dashboard to update company profiles.
  • Managing your company roster, including adding or removing staff and assigning administrative roles.
  • Using the streamlined event registration system for individuals and groups.
  • Accessing, downloading, and paying invoices online.

While attendance is not required, we highly recommend joining a session to feel confident using the new system from day one. Please select the date that works best for your schedule and register using the links below.

Reminder: Registration Blackout Period

As we migrate our data to the new platform, there will be a temporary "quiet period" for event registrations from February 13, 2026, until the website launch on March 2. If you plan to attend any events during this window, please complete your registration by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, February 13.
