Our data migration is progressing as planned, and we remain on track to launch HEC’s new website and Association Management System (AMS) on Monday, March 2.
Since initiating the registration blackout on February 13, our team has been actively migrating member and event data to the new platform. The good news: everything is on schedule, and we look forward to bringing the new experience online! arch 2.

Event registration is temporarily paused during this transition period.
Exception: Registration for the Internship Summit and Leadership Academy remains open and available during this transition period.
If you are planning to register yourself or your team for upcoming programs now, you will need to come back after launch day to complete those registrations.
What to Expect at Launch
On March 2, members will have access to a refreshed digital experience designed to make it easier to manage your organization’s information and engage with HEC.
The new member platform will support key self-service tasks, including:
- Updating your organization’s profile and staff roster
- Managing Company Administrator access
- Registering individuals or groups for HEC events and programs
- Viewing and handling invoices online
Your organization’s Primary HR Contact will automatically serve as the initial Company Administrator at launch. We will share launch-day guidance to help you log in and get started right away.
