Elizabeth joined HEC in September 2024 as a Trainer in the Talent & Organizational Development department. In this role, she will support training initiatives, oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), and deliver the public Fundamentals of Supervision (FOS) Certificate Series.Prior to joining HEC, Elizabeth taught in public schools in Orlando, Florida, where she developed and delivered curriculum aligned with state standards across various grade levels. Additionally, she served as an Interventionist, focusing on data analysis to make informed educational decisions. With a strong background in learning and curriculum development, Elizabeth is dedicated to meeting the needs of our members and their employees.
Originally from Mililani, Hawaii, Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida. After residing in Central Florida for several years, she is thrilled to return to Hawaii and contribute to HEC’s continued success.
